Cinthya Vazquez

Cinthya Vazquéz was born and raised on the island of Cozumel, having grown up there, attending school and being acquainted with all of the island's main businesses, she possesses an intimate working knowledge of Cozumel, because of this she is able to offer her clients the most thorough and thoughtful insight to her real estate clients.

Cinthya has been involved in the creation of art all her life. She obtained a degree in graphic design from the Anahuac Mayab university in Merida, after studying through a four-year program.

Following her graduation, she spent two years studying and living in Guanzhou China, learning mandarin and experiencing the people and culture of this emerging new economy. While there, she worked as a graphic designer.

After four years working as an agent for a real estate company on the Island, and after several courses and certification, she become an entrepreneur real estate broker, with lots of experience in sales, rentals and property management.

Given her artistic capabilities and recent history, one can easily see that Cinthya is a perfect representative of B&V Properties, her love of being around and working with people from all backgrounds and interests is apparent upon meeting her, and virtually ensures a beneficial and productive business relationship.

Stephanie Baqueiro

Stephanie Baqueiro is an incredibly hard worker, lawyer and administrator with an eye for detail, perseverance and tenacity in negotiating also has an enthusiasm for other cultures. She is passionate about all things real estate and loves the fact that every day is different in the industry.

She obtained a degree in professional photography after studying through a three-year program and at the same time she studied mandarin for over five years, lived in Guangzhou, China for two years. While there, she worked in a business magazine.

A Licensed Real Estate Agent with a Master degree in Business Administration, and her thirst for knowledge encourage her to get a law degree and a Diploma in Accounting. She is a precious asset for the company because she has invaluable skills in business acumen which is of enormous benefit in her role.

Stephanie enjoys the opportunity to learn something new and find improved ways of solving issues. She is excited to be a member of a progressive, genuine team that provides immense support.

Margaret Konczyk

Margaret Konczyk has 13 years of experience being an owner and creator of Property Management and Rental Company for over 30 different properties in Cozumel, She also has vast experience in the real estate field working in the past as an agent in the United States Coldwell Banker Real Estate Company. Five years ago, she decided to join Real Estate ranks on Cozumel island, currently working as an agent with B&V Properties Cozumel.

Margaret is native of Poland, American citizen as well as Mexican citizen living in Cozumel for over 17 years. She holds a Master in Law from Poland, master degree of Management, Marketing, Administration degree from the USA and vast experience of Mexican administration obtained during years of leading her own company in Cozumel.

Michelle Nuñez

Michelle is the newest member of the team, originally from Mérida Yucatán. Her taste for art, interior design and her fresh vision in the real estate sector, along with her experience in customer service and her human qualities, make her a valuable asset for B&V Properties.
